A role of the normative Supreme Court ruling is in a criminal trial

Abstract

In article by author opens the legal regulation of the weapon in Normative resolutions of the Supreme judicial court of the Republic Kazakhstan which according to article 4 Constitutions of the Republic Kazakhstan are acting right, as well as are an obligatory. Exactly it has important importance at qualifications of the crimes.
