Subjects of foreign economic activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

In this article the author investigates some aspects of legal status of subjects of foreign economic activity. Noted important state role in regulation of foreign economic activity. The author methods and forms of state regulation of foreign trade activities considered.
