Role of the state in legal regulations of protection and use of lands of the industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

Research of a role of the state in legal regulation of protection and use of lands of the industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan, is an active subject of scientific space in the conditions of a sustainable development and market economy. Now in the conditions of a sustainable development this subject wasn’t investigated.
