Organization of Customs Control on Precious Metals and Precious Stones

Abstract

The article analyzes the questions of Customs Control over precious metals and precious stones moving across the customs border. It is noted that the aim of the State Control is to verify statutory compliance of the State – a member of the Customs Union in foreign trade transactions with precious stones and products. Special attention is paid to the basic directions of the activity, characteristic of State Control in relation to precious metals and precious stones.
