Kazakhstan’s International Migration Regulation in the framework of the Common Economic Space

Abstract

The state-legal regulation of external migration in the country was and remains inconsistent and ineffective. The value of regulation of external migration gains still big relevance in connection with formation of the Customs union and EAU. Because of problems with realization and observance of migratory rules, the unregistered migrants are forced out in «shadow» national economy. In this regard in this article the analysis of migration policy of Kazakhstan concerning regulation of labor migration is undertaken.
