Administrative Procedural Law in the Republic of Kazakhstan: status and challenges.

Abstract

The article considers the monograph Balabiyev Kairat Rakhimovich «Kazakhstan Respublikasynyң әkіmshіlіk – іs zhүrgіzu құқyғy: zhaғdayy changed maseleleri» and given the review author’s research on the problem of the theory of administrative law and administrative procedural law. The article analyzes the concepts such as process, subjects of administrative law, legal and administrative regimes, legal and administrative disputes, types of administrative proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
