The constitutional bases of formation of a civil society in Kazakhstan.

Abstract

In article features of process of formation of a civil society in modern Kazakhstan are considered. The author analyzing substantive provisions of Constitution RК, defines signs of civil society. Also legal systems are considered, providing a stream of social processes and interaction between a civil society and public authorities within the limits of a legal field. The conducted research allows to assert that creation of a democratic lawful state and a civil society – necessity at the present stage of development of Kazakhstan.
