TACTICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF INTERROGATION IN A SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATION ROOM

Abstract

In the course of production, there are various methods of interrogating a person, but the interrogation should not be carried out strictly in contradiction with the procedure specified in the law. In order to collect as much and more significant data on the crime as possible and to improve the quality of this investigative action, the most effective, convenient, psychological, forensic technical and tactical techniques are carried out during the interrogation. The article deals with topical issues of the use of tactical and psychological aspects of interrogation. The interrogation consists not only in the professional knowledge of the investigators, but also in the constant improvement of the effectiveness of new digital and technical methods of thinking, logical methods, tactical techniques, the basics of psychology and criminology. The author points out the benefits and effectiveness of tactical and psychological contact and methods of using specialized investigative rooms, in which the Gesell spy mirror is installed during pre-trial investigation to achieve effective results, in order to obtain complete, comprehensive and objective information about the offense during the investigative process, in order to prevent illegal investigative actions and physical pressure, the possibility of prevention corruption risks and other constitutional offenses. In addition, the article suggests additional effective psychological aspects in the investigation of cases involving minors. The article may be useful to participants in the criminal process.
