This article presents a comparative analysis of the challenges migrant mothers in the European Union and the United States face in accessing information about their rights and essential health care. The study identifies common barriers, such as language barriers, lack of awareness of available resources, legal restrictions, and discrimination, and highlights differences in health and integration policies that affect the quality and accessibility of services for this vulnerable group. The study also emphasizes the importance of intersectoral collaboration and the integration of various information sources to create adaptive models of care that can effectively address the changing migration situation. Based on the findings, recommendations are formulated for reforming existing health systems and developing new approaches to supporting vulnerable groups.
