The system of forensic elements in the structure of criminal acts
Abstract
The article is dedicated to forensic analysis of the committed criminal acts. The authors reviewed the results of many years of research by criminalists on the formation, development and current state of forensic knowledge about the content of crimes. The data of all effective scientific developments of criminalistics on the analysis of crimes are formed accumulated and into a system of Scientific provisions implemented in forensic techniques that ensure proper investigation of various types of crimes. The important issues have been analyzed . On the basis of the theoretical work of the criminalists, the content of the crime is revealed, the elements in the structure of the crime are marked by the situation in which the crime was committed, the way and mechanism of its commission, typical traces that could have been formed during the commission of the crime, their location, the typological qualities of the offender’s personality, the criminal’s tricks to conceal traces of the crime committed and the nature of the relationship between the victim and the criminal, the most likely witnesses, facts, influencing the formation of their testimony, the consequences of crimes, etc. The methodology of research is based on the principles of dialectical logic associated with the ascent from the abstract to the concrete. The research results consist in showing the system of forensic elements and disclosing the role of elements in
the detection and investigation of crimes.
