HEALTH PROTECTION RIGHT: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL CONTENT

Abstract

The modern period of development of the health care system in Kazakhstan is characterized by
significant transformations occurring in the background of reduced life expectancy,
pronounced deterioration of public health, worsening environmental conditions, the development of new,
sometimes negative trends in the socio-economic sphere, the presence of obvious contradictions in
legislative provision of many issues of medical care to the population. therefore
priority areas of health care reform are management optimization,
rational and targeted use of financial and material resources, and also that
important is the legal protection of patients.
