Some problems of ensuring the human right to life: comparative analysis of the theory of law and theories of criminal law

Abstract

The given article reveals theoretical issues of securing right to life and defi nition of the spring of life. The comparative analysis of
criminal-legal norms, relating to beginning of the spring of life in foreign states is made. The concussion that it is necessary to secure on
legislative level the requirements for the lifestyle of pregnant women in order to deliver fully-valid child was formulated.
