This article discusses the historical and legal aspects of the formation of the presidency of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author distinguishes feature formation in Kazakhstan prezidentsva probing the all three forms of republican government: parliamentary, mixed (semi) and the executive. As a result, the country has developed the objective conditions of strong Presidential New stable form of government, which has been effective in slozhdneyshih conditions for the country.References
