Some questions about the right of subsoil use

Abstract

In this article the author examines the concept of the depths of the order of the legal relationship of subsoil and other
legal problems Subsoil . The study is to establish the legal nature of exploitation rights , determination of the ratio of
ownership of the subsoil and the right to use emerging in subsoil use, and ultimately, the formation of recommendations
for improving the existing legislation.
