Dialectics of object and method is in the general theory of right

Abstract

The right as object is investigated by various sciences, each of which considers the right from this point of view the
specific understanding and the receptions of studying of this object, from positions of the special subject and a method.
The method represents a certain set of methods, ways of knowledge of its object and a subject, focusing learning
subject in research activity. This set of methods and is intended to reproduce ways a subject of the general theory of the
right, to learn the right, its essence, laws in aggregate with studying of all variety of the social phenomena In specifics
of a subject of the general theory of the right specifics of its method is expressed also. Theoretical knowledge of the
right as essence and the phenomena containing in existing concepts of the right, in aggregate expresses a tendency of
interrelation and unity of its subject and a method.
