The concept of the basic duties of citizens and their importance for the development of constitutionalism in Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the specifics and characteristics of the main duties of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, their inseparable connection with the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens. The author considers the main duties of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an element of the legal status of citizens and one of the components of constitutionalism.
