Problems of legal regulation of rent for the land in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of legal regulation of rent for the land in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this paper due to the need thorough analysis related thereto regulations, scientific and practical materials for solutions together theoretical, methodological and applied problems, study the system of legal ordering of rent for the land in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
