General characteristics of the criminal legislation of Russia and Kazakhstan, which provides liability for giving and receiving bribes

Abstract

In this article, the authors reviewed the concept, form of bribe-taking, responsibility for giving and receiving bribes, as well as regulations providing for the responsibility for giving and receiving bribes in Russia and Kazakhstan.
