Some problems of legal regulation of energy security

Abstract

In today’s world of globalization the most important issues are about energy security. This problem is of interest not only economists and political scientists it also plays significant role among lawyers. The definition of energy security today is a moot point. The author, from the perspective of legal science examines the legal relations in the process of folding and the use of energy in the points praovye principles that should guide the provision of energy security. The goal of the proposed research is the consideration of energy security within the framework of legal science. Author affecting the theoretical principles of energy security is energy security relationship with ecological safety. In conclusion, the legal attributes defined energy security and examines the state of energy legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
