Problems of legal regulation of protection and use of groundwater (the international experience and practice of Kazakhstan)

Abstract

In this paper we studied the peculiarities of legal regulation of protection and use of groundwater in modern Kazakhstan, the international experience of legal protection of groundwater from adverse human impact. The article provides an analysis of water legislation and the legislation of Kazakhstan on subsoil with regard to groundwater, that has allowed to suggest ways to improve it.
