On the issue of countering illegal participation in entrepreneurial activities and obstruction of legitimate business

Abstract

In this paper, the author makes an attempt to examine the issues of application of illegal participation in entrepreneurial activity and impeding legitimate business, «Corruption and other criminal offenses against the interests of public service and public administration», which are written in Chapter 15 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
