Some questions about the development of subsoil use legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

In this article, the authors reviewed the stages of development of the law on mineral resources in the period of the modern history of independent Kazakhstan. Since the first of normative legal acts of independent Kazakhstan, regulating relations in the sphere of subsoil use, and up to date in the legislation has undergone a huge number of changes, both conceptual and less significant.
