Abstract

The article presents the concept of investigative actions in criminal proceedings. The most important ways to serve as a pre-trial investigations. Investigative actions are organically linked with the elements of proof. During the investigation carried out by the competent authoritative participants in criminal proceedings, provided evidence of such compulsory property as affordability.
