Abstract

In article the author considers problems of legal support of food products of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Gives concept and the maintenance of GMO, and also carries out the comparative-legal analysis between GMO and environmentally friendly produktion. The author gives some offers which can on the lawful bases about безопасить food products used the person. Besides, the author considers a problem a ratio of quality and the prices food produсtion in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
