Abstract

This article discusses tactics interrogation of the defendant , an analysis on the interrogation of the preliminary investigation and his decision in the criminal proceedings in the trial . Argues main objectives interrogation of the defendant . Also describes the structure of personality on criminological criteria. A theoretical rationale for the preliminary analysis of interrogation in order to improve its effectiveness. Reveals the psychological side of the interrogation of the defendant.
