Some legal aspects of access to environmental information in Germany.

Abstract

In this article, the authors analyzed the legislation the issue of access to environmental information, public participation in decision making and access to justice in Germany. Existing legislation does give the public the right to obtain information, including environmental information, public access to decision-making and justice.
