Formation and development of judicial review in the criminal procedure of the RK

Abstract

The article discusses the concept of judicial review. The analysis of different points of view, as well as a comparative analysis of international law. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis of the stages of development and establishment of judicial control in Kazakhstan.
