Role and functions of the state in ensuring veterinary safety

Abstract

In this research is considered the organizational legal mechanism of the Republic of Kazakhstan in ensuring
veterinary safety. Attempts of research of the concept "mechanism of legal regulation" were made and the
main directions of policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of development of domestic agroindustrial
sector are given. In this work authors gave the assessment to the state control of the Republic of
Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary safety and some recommendations about its improvement.
