Formation and development of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the protection and use of lands of historical and cultural purpose

Abstract

Modern Kazakhstan culture has all the prerequisites for active participation in the global cultural dialogue with its established historical and cultural basis of the genetic code of the nation. The main components of the cultural code of the nation are heritage, traditions, customs, language, family, economic systems (life style), holidays.
A viable culture passes its natural path of development and transformation, preserving its own arrow. Identity can fail in the case when the values of one’s culture turn out to be unattractive and can be replaced by another, capable of leading away from the sources of the spiritual and moral values of the primordial culture. One of the important vectors of the cultural development of modern Kazakhstan is the preservation, research and translation of historical and cultural heritage, which is an inexhaustible potential for the consolidation and successful development of our society and state.
