Place and role of the necessary defense system criminal laws.

Abstract

This article is the result of a comprehensive study conducted by the authors. Criminal-law matters institution of self-defense are of great importance both for the person who turned in the socio-conflict situation, as he has of necessity to cause substantial harm to the attacker, as well as for law enforcement, because they are endowed with the functions of the legislator when deciding on the legality of acts of crime or defender. Based on the study data works the authors draw their own conclusions.
