Legal regulation of the legal responsibility of minors.

Abstract

In article the mechanism of realization of legal responsibility of minor offenders is considered. Much attention is paid to the mechanism of legal regulation of counteraction to social and legal deviations of minors as important part of a state policy. From the allocated and reasonable basic elements of the mechanism of counteraction to social and legal deviations the author allocates especially significant value for legal responsibility of minors.
