Connection of legislative activity with objective bases of society and dependence on them.

Abstract

A concept and essence of objective bases that influence on the process of law making and on forming of sense and maintenance of laws open up in this article. The necessity of account of objective bases is also grounded. Interdependence of factors of objective and subjective character, influencing on legislation, is thus underlined.
