The method of legal regulation as an institutional feature of judicial control in pre-trial proceedings in criminal cases

In the article the author examines the powers of the investigative judge while ensuring the possibility of exercising the right of citizens to judicial protection in pre-trial and criminal proceedings, as well as the actual protection of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
