To the problem of law understanding in terms of the philosophy of law

Abstract

The article, based on the main position of the philosophy of law attempts to cover the problem ofunderstanding of law, which is based on the diversity of its determination, based on an extensive argumentthat is rely on the system of arguments and evidence, underlying on the basis of different philosophies and legal concepts. The philosopher conclusions about the nature of law depend on the angle of view, at which reviewed and studied law, and which this angle of view – from the methodological and theoretical settingsthat are laid down to the subject of research, from value-oriented philosopher. Issues of law understanding are considered through the prism of the object and the task of philosophy of law, which, comprehending the essence of the right, are come outward from the legal categories and itself solvethe problems of their existence.
