Problems of realization of the principle of equality in the right

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of implementing the principle of equality in law. The principle of equality permeates all legal requirements, expresses the essence of the right. However, being united in essence, the legal regulations are different in content, form effects on social relations. The principle of equality is a fundamental principle that reveals the essence of the right. Currently, the majority of experts in the field of legal theory based on the fact that most fully expresses the differences of legal regulation of the division of the right to private and public. Therefore, we examined the private and public law individually.
