Kazakhstan as one of the few countries in the world, having a positive experience in dealing with the problem of repatriation

Abstract

In this article had been considered an achievements in terms of dealing with the repatriation of the 25 year history of Kazakhstan as an independent country. In given article considered questions of recognition by «oralmans» as subjects of law and power of the state structures, which prosecuting by «oralmans’» problems.
