Questions of perfection of legal status of young people and legal frameworks of public youth policy of Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article is sanctified to the problems and analysis of legal status of young people and legal frameworks of public youth policy of Republic of Kazakhstan. In the article the stages of becoming of legislation are exposed in the field of public youth policy, the detailed analysis of current legislation is conducted. The issues of the day, related to realization of youth politics, are also distinguished.
