Republic of Kazakhstanas a secular state

Abstract

The article examines the concepts of «secularism», «secular state» and explores the history of «secular» concept formation. The article has the interdisciplinary character and it is written on the intersection of constitutional law and theology. The author examines the theoretical and practical problems of realization of the secular state model. And also it gives a description of the current state of relations between the state and religion and the importance of legal regulation. Analyze the features of the formation of a secular state in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
