Application of a comparative and legal method when studying foreign experience of reforming of police: experience of Georgia.

Abstract

The purpose of this article – to consider theoretical and practical aspects of foreign experience of reforming of police on the example of the state of Georgia. Studying methods – historical, comparative and legal, structurally functional, logical, legallistic. New sources of knowledge were used in this article, and modern approaches were applied in studying the development of foreign experience of reforming of police.
