Features of the administrative contract in Germany.

Abstract

Study of the system and analysis of the development of the administrative contract of European countries, including Germany, is very important for the national system of administrative contract. In this regard, the article describes the features and basic mechanisms of administrative contract in Germany. Attention is drawn to the patterns of development and the emergence of an administrative contract. In Germany, public-law agreement is widespread, although the main legal form of administrative action is a legal document management. The role of contractual forms is becoming more popular and reasonably equitable interaction of citizens and the administration. That met with understanding on the part of citizens than unilateral overbearing regulation.
