The norms of the criminal procedure law in the system of social regulation.

Abstract

This article discusses the rules of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating different spheres of social life. The criminal procedure law contains norms, which regulates public relations arising during the preliminary investigation and trial, as well as in other spheres of social life. Thus, the criminal procedure law not only provides an implementation of the norms of the criminal law, but also regulates public relations in the course of criminal proceedings. In the article the author gives the classification of regulations contained in the code of Criminal procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
