Abstract

In this article it is considered problems and ways of improvement of activity of the lawyer defender in criminal legal proceedings of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And also improvement of quality of legal education, including ensuring independence of lawyer governing bodies and the state guarantees on a constitutional law to have the legal representative.
