Ideological pluralism in the Republic of Kazakhstan: On the legal awareness and legal culture

Abstract

The article reviewed the elements of the process of formation of legal consciousness of youth, claims against the legal culture, system of philosophy of consciousness, the role of legal consciousness as a tool to regulate relations in society, the legal consciousness of close relationship with a political consciousness. During the period of realization of five institutional reforms of President N.A. Nazarbayev that are intended for realization of Nation Plan of entering of our country into the line of 30 developed countries, becomes very important the formation of legal awareness and the legal culture in providing of supremacy of law in Kazakhstani.
