Abstract

The analysis about the legal nature of resolutions of standard character of the supreme courts of the CIS countries is shown in this scientific article on the basis of research. In article jurisprudence examples on application of standard resolutions of the supreme courts are visible. Opinions of many scientists on treatment of standard resolutions are given. And also legislative definition of the standard resolution of the Supreme Court is given.
