Public administration and executive power: nature, content and correlation.

Abstract

This article examines an importance of public administration and government in political and constitutional sense. Theoretical analysis of various legal positions and opinions of authors on determination of the nature of governance is given. The article also discloses the nature of state regulation and its main aspects from the standpoint of constitutional law.
