Abstract

Author of the article considers the problem of improving economic incentives in the field of environmental protection.The author examines the development of environmental legislation of Kazakhstan, as well as the role and nature of economic methods of regulation in the environment - legal relations . Later , scientists examined the proposals in respect of the environmental incentive mechanism , the author makes suggestions on Amendments to environmental legislation.
