In this article consideration of the types of Adversary trial in criminal matters. Criteria by which they are demarcated.Essential feature of the adversarial parties previously called the presence of the parties. Basic participant in the trial on the protection party – accused, which always is the specific individual. Accusatory, private claim and public claim processes on criminal cases are characterized separately.
