Abstract

Questions of the possibility of release from criminal liability in connection with active repentance according to the norms of the General Part of the criminal legislation of Kazakhstan are investigated, also the features of release on special rules of the Criminal Code are highlighted. Comparative analysis of the rules for exemption from criminal liability in connection with active repentance with the Russian legislation.
