Some questions of budget planning in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Abstract

Budget planning – a component of the financial planning, allowing to determine volume, sources and target use of the budgetary resources on each of management levels: republican and regional. Budget planning – a necessary component of functioning of the budgetary system, an integral part of the budgetary process. Movement of budgetary funds decides on its help according to the purposes and the tasks defined in the Message of the President. In the course of budget planning the rational ratio between the centralized and decentralized funds of money is established, the sizes of financial resources of the enterprises, and also extent of participation of the enterprises in formation of the income of the budgetary system are defined.
