Abstract

This article deals with one of the most pressing and complex in modern law and requiring its scientific development– the problem of legal regulation of hydrocarbon production in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article examines the legal rules and institutions governing the emergence, implementation and termination of legal relations Subsurface, conservation of resources in the areas of the Caspian Sea of Kazakhstan.
